Speaking / Schools & Education Systems

Move your school forward with AI.

Keynotes and working sessions for school leaders, educators and staff. Understand what is changing, work through real concerns, and choose your next move.

School speaking

Sessions for your
school team.

For leaders, educators, and the people helping teams put AI into practice.

All sessions can also be offered through a Catholic faith lens, drawing on published Vatican guidance, including Pope Leo XIV’s encyclical Magnifica Humanitas.

THE P.A.V.E. METHOD

Designed for participation—not passive professional learning.

Giancarlo uses the P.A.V.E. method to design sessions that connect with the people in the room, involve them in the thinking, focus the conversation on something worth moving forward, and create experiences they can carry back into their work.

Giancarlo Brotto invites participation as educators raise their hands during a session.

The P.A.V.E. methodology

Personal
Start with the realities of the people in the room—their roles, concerns, priorities and current practice.
Active
Participants predict, compare, discuss, decide and, where appropriate, try ideas rather than simply listen.
Venture-driven
Use a real challenge, opportunity or desired outcome to give the session somewhere meaningful to go.
Experiences
Combine evidence, stories, interaction and reflection into memorable moments people can discuss and use after the session.

A PaveEDU method developed by Giancarlo Brotto.

MEET YOUR SPEAKER

Meet Giancarlo Brotto

An educator who understands the room—and the system around it.

Giancarlo began his career as an educator and has spent more than two decades working across education, technology, leadership and system change.

He has worked with educators, school and system leaders, governments and education organizations around the world, helping people make sense of emerging technology and translate it into practical action.

That experience matters in an AI conversation. Educators arrive with different levels of confidence, legitimate concerns, competing priorities and a responsibility to protect learning while preparing students for what comes next.

Giancarlo’s role is not to tell the room that everyone should embrace AI. It is to help people examine what is changing, think critically about what matters, and identify practical next steps that make sense in their context.

Not a generic AI keynote. A conversation grounded in teaching, leadership and the realities of educational change.
