Four ways to move forward

The right session.
A practical next move.

Start with your people, the work they do, and what you want to make possible.

Ignite MomentumTurn AI hesitation into a clear next step.

Who it’s for
Leaders and teams

A lively opening session connects the pace of AI change to your organization’s work, brings concerns into the open, and creates urgency to act. Leaders explore how to organize the next phase, including a task force where appropriate; staff find a starting point for regular engagement with AI.

Participants leave with

  • A shared sense of urgency and opportunity
  • A practical first action for each participant
  • For leaders: a way to organize the next phase

AI Skills for LeadersBuild your AI skills and a plan for your team.

Who it’s for
Executives, managers, HR/L&D, and technology leaders

Leaders practice useful AI approaches, identify high-value opportunities, and plan continued team development. Task engineering—the simple cues and routines that help new practices continue—turns that direction into a development rhythm.

Participants leave with

  • Stronger personal AI practice
  • A priority or pilot direction tied to real work
  • A development rhythm for your team

Speaking & facilitation

Not a presentation to sit through.
An experience to take part in.

PaveEDU sessions are built around the P.A.V.E. Methodology — Personal, Active, Venture-Driven Experiences. Leaders and teams connect AI to their own work, learn from one another, and leave with something practical to test, apply or improve.

Interactive Reflective Action-Oriented

Where insight
becomes action.

The P.A.V.E. Methodology

Personal

Start with their work.

Examples, questions and activities are connected to the audience's roles, priorities, workflows and level of AI experience.

Active

Turn the room into participants.

People predict, discuss, compare, practise and learn from colleagues rather than simply watching someone demonstrate AI.

Venture-Driven

Move from insight to action.

Participants identify a practical next step, experiment or workflow opportunity they can carry forward after the session.

Experiences

Create momentum beyond the event.

The session connects ideas, people and action so the conversation can continue inside teams and across the organization.

We don’t just teach AI — we PAVE the way.

Meet your speaker

Giancarlo Brotto

A practical perspective on AI, people and how work changes.

Giancarlo has spent his career helping people and organizations navigate major shifts in technology and practice.

His work with SMART Technologies took him around the world working across education, technology, strategy and organizational change, including collaboration with senior leaders and teams responsible for innovation, research, product, sales and market strategy. Following SMART's acquisition by Foxconn, his work also gave him exposure to senior global business leadership and the changing relationship between technology, skills and work.

He has also advised technology leaders, startups and education technology organizations on strategy and translating emerging technology into practical action.

Today, he advises solopreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses on putting AI to work—improving productivity, rethinking workflows and acting early on opportunities to build a competitive edge.

His work with leaders and teams centres on a practical question: How should the work itself change now that AI exists?

His sessions connect emerging AI developments with practical decisions about capability, workflows, leadership and measurable value.
